Consequences of eWOM & Social-Media and Brand Image

چکیده

: The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect eWOM & Social-Media and brand image on customer loyalty mediated by perceived value satisfaction. This was conducted distributing questionnaires 217 respondents. sampling technique used convenience sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) method. results show that: (1) have a positive Perceived Value. (2) Brand Image has Customer Satisfaction. (3) Value Loyalty. (4) Satisfaction Loyalty
